PAYMENT POLICY
We trust in our clients to show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change the date of your session. We reserve the right to charge full price for the session if notice is not given within this time. These are valuable appointment slots that could be taken by someone else and appreciate your understanding on this policy.
Payment is taken at the end of the session or in the case of classes and workshop before commencement of the class. Speak to us about payment plans if required. We offer significant discounts to the elderly of the community.
Please notify us if you are unsatisfied with the quality or price of your session or class. Tips are not at all expected but most welcome as they bring gratitude and goodwill to the practitioner.
We expect and achieve 100% satisfaction and value for money from our clients.
LEGAL AND EMPOWERMENT DISCLAIMER
Empowerment Agreement:
We do not heal or fix. We only empower the client to heal themselves. It is assumed that by undertaking any services we offer that the client understands that any progress is their own responsibility. It is assumed that the client is aware that positive change sometimes involves uncomfortable or painful experiences. It is assumed that they acknowledge this and agree to move forward despite these feelings and trust the process.
It is further assumed that the client is aware they have the right to communicate to their practitioner or teacher of the class if they are feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to continue the session. The client has the right to stop the session at any time.
Is is assumed that by undertaking a session or class with any of our practitioners they understand fully and agree with these terms including the payment policy laid out above.
Legal Disclaimer:
All our practitioners aim for and achieve the utmost integrity in their practice. We do not profess to heal or fix anyone. We simply empower the client and their body to do healing itself. It is understood that by undertaking any services we offer that the client does so at their own risk and understood that any results that occur for themselves is 100% the clients responsibility.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
What method of payments can I make?
​We mostly accept cash or direct deposit. We can also accept cheque and sometimes paypal if arranged prior. At this stage we do not have credit card or eftpos facilities.

Do you offer insurance rebates?
We have found that the investment required for certification for the many insurance bodies far outweighs the amount of people who actually ask for it and benefit from it.

​What if I am late for a session?
​Generally, the session will still finish at the original finish time of the session. You can speak to your practitioner about what works from there.

​What if I need to cancel or change my session time?
We require 24 hours notice for these changes and reserve the right to change for the full session for shorter or none existent notifications.
When do I pay?
Payment is required at the end of the session. Direct deposits are usually the day before but we are willing to trust your word to make the deposit on the day. Classes and workshops usually require payment before the beginning of the class.
Payment Plans?
Yes, speak to us about payment plans we are happy to arrange this.
Special needs?
Yes, we aim to not exclude anyone based on financial, physical or emotion concerns. Talk to us when booking your session or class.
Can I extend my session once I have begun?
Your practitioner will be able to tell you if it is possible. They will be able to do so if they do not have bookings or appointments directly after you.
Do I need to sign anything?
Generally no, some practitioners and workshops have specific forms to fill in but in all cases unless otherwise stated the Legal and Empowerment Disclaimers listed here are considered mutual and binding at the commencement of the session.
